New Features on AdGabber

We've moved things around a bit on the site and have added a couple new features.

The member listing on the main page has been moved to the upper left hand corner.
An Events section has been added. Anyone can add events to this listing so long as they are ad industry related.
A Notes section has been added. This area will be where you can find information about AdGabber such as guidelines, FAQ's, etc. Of course, those have to be written first:-)
We've added the event list from Adverting Age which appears on the main page. This list is managed by Advertising Age and is a place for you to find out which award shows and conferences are coming up.
