• I am currently leading the Strategy & Client Services Department at Latin3 managing a team of solid professionals in different countries. My main focus is building relationships with new clients and strengthening existing ones.
• In addition, I am at the forefront of the processes, the organization and the coaching of the department, including Country Managers, Account Directors and Account Managers.
• The Strategy & Client Services department at Latin3 is focused on selling and establishing long term relationships with clients by planning digital marketing strategies based on a deep understanding of the client business and the online consumer’s behavior within the category.
We monitor the daily implementation of tactics, analyze the metrics of digital executions and project implications that help optimize campaigns to achieve branding and performance objectives.
