Are We Seeing A Siver Lining?

The Markets up around the World. There is concerted action from leaders around the world...and most importantly people are generally tired of moaning, groaning and being depressed....THEY WANT TO GET OUT OF IT.

All of these point to the fact that things might get rosier faster than we may have expected. An article in the Minyanville "When the Market is in the Mood but You are Not" certainly woke me up to all this.
