There are some great SG organizations that might be able to help, suchas SFBIG, IAA West, Greater SF Ad Club. The IAA West is holding their Best of Show this Thursday (10/18) night at 601 Townsend. There will be around 1,000 creatives and agency folks running around. $35 to get in. Good place to learn about support systems.
