Position Responsibilities: Plans and leads strategic efforts for clients with focus on Web design. Guides the project team in framing a client’s business challenge and establishing the design and communication strategy that will lead to an effective solution by:

Understanding the client’s business situation in the context of their industry, economic environment and competitive landscape.

Leading quantitative and qualitative research, industry and competitive analysis, organizational and cultural analysis, and user requirements gathering.

Identifying opportunities for ROI and creating frameworks for on-going measurement to demonstrate long term success.

Developing and writing documents, diagrams and other conceptual systems used by project teams to define and drive strategy and helping project teams align a creative direction with the client’s business strategic objectives.

Leading the RFP processes and actively identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
