According to reports Dubai is having an economic slow down due to office space vacancies, and thus city officials are looking for additional business to come in join in the great Arab Urban Architectural Adventure; and established Dubai as the Arab worlds cultural center - very much like New York City is to the United States.

In my Dubai Night Life ( NightLife ), RMC I am looking for connections in which to broaden its scope and information protocols to be a real representation of Dubai's great leaps [ note the plural ] forward in Urban planning and social-scape. I need to bring in an offical hostess as well as those who can see the benefit of contributing social and cultural information based into its overall International InterCultural Communications objective. Litterally selling Dubai to a greater audience. Then later a commercial website enlisting advertising sales @ 30% commissions.

Please advise.
