About Me: Hi,
I am altaf Shaikh, Graphic Designer from Ahmedabad, Experience in Advertising and Photography. Completed corporate identity and branding study from NID ( National Institute of Design). Study of Researched psychology and creativity, self-actualization and communication. Ten years experience as a creative person in logo, brochure, advertisement & website homepage designing.
May my belief be that there is no bad design, and just a design with a problem could happen.
And there is no bad designer, there's just a designer with bad communication skills. I am not a designer, I am an artist with good communication skills.
I like to operate in a team. Although my work turns great with self. I solve design problems by adding, subtracting, scaling and moving, expanding, blending, and sometime the Delete button does wonders.
Color is an issue by it self, my designs always start as black and white, when everything is aligned then it's much easier to see what colors are appropriate. Sometimes black and white is beautiful. Still I don't think pink is not masculine.
A lot of my skills come from day by day working and upgrade with future trend. If i feel the design is complete form my eye angel, at a time i flying kiss to them. My music, close eye situation & some time silent talk with design have a real big impact on my work, from where I see it effects colors and grid patterns.
