I love Sintra also. And ye, we're famous for having some fabulous fish meals.
I totally agree on cachupa: I've studied with some cape verdian students - they used to give some great parties with cachupa and it was delicious.

I love Lisbon...one of the places that I always want to return to is Sintra where I had the most amazing swordfish dinner in a grandmothers back garden. I am Cape Verdian however...where we have the best cachupa!
