When they're asked to come up with some ad concepts, they show stock art with a headline attached to it all prettied up on the mac and printed out on a fiery printer.

Much of the "art" has gone out of art direction.

Yeah Hornall Anderson is a pretty major design firm, esp known on the west coast. They always need top talent so that's why I have to look nationwide. ;)

'clickage' on those but they look like nav -- a little confusing. also, i don't think you need the intro. just my two cents...
