Comment by J Keirn-Swanson on January 23, 2009 at 12:56pm: Hopefully more organizations will realize that in a down economy one of the worst things they could do would be to greatly diminish their advertising budgets to the point that they drop completely off the radar in public consciousness. If anything, with advertising rates hopefully dropping in a down economy, more creative ads will be tossed out there. All the gambling only seems to take place when everyone's flush with cash. Maybe that mindset shouldn't necessarily apply with ad strategies.
