We thought we'd seen the most intense driving safety commercial when Northern Ireland's Road Safety Authority came out with its The Faster the Speed the Bigger the Mess PSA But, hands down, this compilation of Australia's Victoria Transport Commission commercials from over the years now tops our list of the most horrifically intense and moving PSA we've ever seen.
