Yeah. What’s your number one problem? On the job that is.

Undoubtedly, winning new business and getting the best talent in the industry to share your dream.
In fact the two are pretty closely connected. Only if one happens the other follows. Most of the bright people i know are happy taking risks with the client's money. Offer them a job at a start up or a lesser known place (but one with immense potential) and they get put off by the risk involved.

Steve,

I just got an assignment to talk to the account executives about the importance of Creative Briefs. Thanks for the lead a while back. I'll let you know how "Boxers or Creative Briefs" turns out.

Steve,

Rereading your initial question, I thought I might revise my previous answer to "My number One problem on the job," at least right now, is getting one.

Finding people who speak English instead of marketanese. Finding people who will go the extra mile to find the emotional connection, to find what is really being sold instead of just presenting the same old tired concepts again and again.
