Im working on a project where i need to know what are the queries a prospect client has in mind while change his Email service provider for Email marketing.

Are you referring to queries or metrics? The metrics are dependent on response rates. Do they want to know:
- Open Rates
- Click Rates
- Subject Line
- Personalization
- Best days to send
- Deliverability
- Messaging
- Who is their customer, and how will the content benefit the customer?
In my experience the biggest issue is with migrating their existing mail to the new service provider. this is especially difficult in mid to small clients - as they rely on 3rd party providers and will usually have a mix of email client and webmail/browser access. the folks with outlook/thunderbird/mac are fine - as they will have their mail stored locally (unless they are IMAP) but the webmail users have everything on 3rd party servers. iMail, SmarterMail and many others don't adequately support transitioning, and unless you have a complex programming team that can create a web app to 'pull' the data and store it - it can be quite a challenge.
