Branding yourself based off a copyrighted character

I came across these guys, "the fox mulder of manifestation" (law of attraction) and "dana scully of success"

It seems like a creative, fun angle to differentiate an loa coach / success coach, from the sea of look-alikes.

Is there a copyright issue? "the fox mulder OF manifestation" or did they bypass it?

is there a better way to do this?
