Of course the majority of staff speak in Mandarin to exchange, because they are all Chinese people. There are also some agencies speak English only.Such agencies tend to concentrate in HongKong. Do you know HongKong? One of China's prosperous coastal cities. What I know is most of the world's leading agencies have set up branches in China , as China accesses to the WTO.Well,Max,do you want to go to China for work??

If you look at the international award books, you'll find many ads that win every year from Asian agencies. But that doesn't mean there's no place here for people from another corner of the world. Perhaps the most cosmopolitan and expat-friendly cities here are Singapore and Hong Kong, and to some extent, Kuala Lumpur. You can give it a shot, but mostly agencies hire expats only for their talent and experience. It might help to spend a few years working before you come here. If you already have a book and don't mind earning very little, try the above cities as there's no harm. Lemme know if you need more help. Good luck.
