I am so grateful for everyone who has visited this website and given us support. I filed suit against Melody Edwards in Rockwall County texas. You can visit the Rockwall County State District Court website and keep up with the case. On behalf of my client, we have alledged, among other things, violations of the import and quarantine laws. If any of you will allow me to share your stories with the judge, that would be great. So far, I have kept everyone's names that I have learned about out of the Court case - but if people will come forward, it will be more persuasive to the Judge. Melody has not yet answered the lawsuit. Every day, the list of sick puppies continues to grow.
I live in Ohio, but purchased a puppy online from Melody at LoboPuppies. We paid $2700, which $200 extra was for the paperwork. We bought the puppy last May 2007 and still received no paperwork.
I have also been trying to get information on the puppy's birthday, etc and they will not return my calls and emails.
We have had surgery on her eye, her throat, etc. and now she is having seizures and she fell down a couple days ago and it took 20 minutes for me to get through to her, I thought she was not going to wake up from the last seizure. She also needs to be on a high dosage of medication.
I did my homework last year and there were no blogs or anything about lobopuppies not being a good breeder or at least they did not come in any searches.
Let me know if you plan to sue, I would like to too.

She was sick when we first picked her up from the airport, but she seemed to get better, but she has lots of other problems. I think we should get our money back from them, especially if what they were saying was true that these dogs are not even pure bred.
We love our puppy, which we think may be a year old now, but we do not know for sure when she was born.
If anything would happen to her, we would be devistated.
