-Market to bring in new clients and job orders.
-Specialize in interactive advertising agencies and new media companies to find them interactive designers, developers, and new media talent of all levels (Jr. to VP)
-Consult with clients to determine the kind of talent they need for their team (both skill set and culture fit).
-Identity candidates through networking, cold calling, sourcing, and other staffing strategies
-Qualify/interview candidates. Present qualified candidates to HR/Hiring Authority
-Schedule interviews, debrief with client and candidate, reference checks
-Negotiate offers. Partner with HR and Hiring Authority
-Partner with talent to assist them in giving their notice, setting their salary expectations, and working with them to transition from one job to the next
-Maintain close relationships with candidates to encourage their success with my client and foster future opportunities
-Attend networking events to connect with both clients and talent
-Extensive rolodex of Los Angeles and Bay Area talent
