Mr. Watson is the Enterprise User Experience marketing lead at Adobe, where he is primarily responsible for elevating the user’s status in the craft of enterprise platforms. He has spent many years working for companies like Yahoo!, Adobe (yes, this is his second round at Adobe) and Microsoft in senior product management and marketing roles for products such as Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Flex, Microsoft.NET, as well as driving adoption and awareness of Web Services, AJAX and other standards and technologies related to development, security, and privacy. His work has ranged from being on tour with Bill Gates presenting to media and large audiences, working with Don Tapscott on the future of the connected car and defining the strategy for the world’s major advertisers and marketers to deliver ads on the Yahoo! Network. His work defining the strategy and delivery of media and technology solutions with various levels of government, education, law enforcement and media properties includes a broad portfolio of companies such as GM, Toyota, Sprint, Purina, American Express, Spin Magazine, Proctor & Gamble and Canadian brands such as Toronto Life, Fashion Magazine, Canadian Geographic, Bell Canada, Telus, MSN Sympatico and a few startups. If product placement is blatant, why is it not clickable?

I will let the video below do the talking. Feel free to turn the Overlay off using the second button on the top left, but I propose that if product placement is going to be integrated into the storyline of a video then the advertiser should be able to assert that the video/product be clickable.
